Whit is the greatest!! He was my personal trainer for 3 years and I’ve never had a better one! He is so enthusiastic and full of energy which is exactly what you need to get through workouts and push yourself harder. A lot of his routines focus on HIIT, which is so healthy and amazing for your body, and he always gives a variety in his routines so you don’t feel like you’re doing the same thing over and over. He also incorporates some boxing moves into his workouts which is my favorite part — such a good workout. I love Whit and his training techniques. If I could afford to have him follow me around wherever I move to be my trainer, I would.
I met Whit when I was staying in Sarasota for a couple of months and started attending his TRX classes at Serendipity Racquet Club. Classes with Whit not only have me great shape and posture in short time but also positive energy for the whole day. He’s got profound knowledge of how our bodies work and professionally applies it at his classes finding special approach to everybody. Whit is a great running instructor for all levels and showed me better approach to running as well. Whit is a really nice and easy-going person and you’ll definitely enjoy your classes with him!
Met Whit at SRQ early this summer and played tennis with him every week. What a great workout and wonderful hitting partner!!! So ready for my college tennis season this fall! Thanks Whit!!!
